Kalup's Crossroads Synopsis

This is the story of Sonny Kalup, an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Tampa Florida, who, as the result of his involvement in a jurisdictional dispute between the FBI and the DEA over an important drug smuggling case, incurs the wrath of the FBI. He even receives warnings from the Colombian Cartel of Carlos Estrada. Sonny's life reaches a crossroad when a loved one is murdered. Sonny is charged with the killing, but in spite of the mounting evidence against him, he refuses a plea offer and the case is set for trial. The war is on while the pages of this novel, as seen through the eyes of Sonny and DEA Agent Tracy McBain, spin a tale of courtroom drama, as well as murder, deceit, corruption, betrayal, mystery, and suspense.
